Get Your Hands Dirty with The Carefree Quail!

Join us for a whimsical adventure into the world of pottery as The Carefree Quail presents its Make a Gnome Night! Hosted by Wines by the Valley at the Craft District Market in Tumwater, this event promises an unforgettable experience for 15 lucky participants.

Time: 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Location: Craft District Market, 4242 Capital Blvd. SE, Tumwater, WA

Appropriate for ages 12 and up. (Watch for future events for all ages!)

What's in store for you:

• Gnomies Galore: Learn the art of crafting adorable tiny gnomes, affectionately called "gnomies," under the guidance of a skilled artisan from The Carefree Quail. Discover the secrets behind shaping clay into these charming creatures and bring your gnome to life!
• Creative Glazing: Dive into the world of pottery as you unleash your creativity through glazing your creations.
• Sip & Savor: As a special treat, each participant will receive two tokens redeemable for delicious beverages from Wines by the Valley. Indulge in refreshing sips of Prosecco, Malbec, or an Italian Lager.

This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to unleash their inner artist and enjoy a fun-filled evening of creativity. You’ll have the opportunity to personalize up to three gnomies. Learn how to hand-build them from scratch or use premade gnomes ready for glazing.

Limited spots are available, so secure your spot today by registering below. We will provide tools, aprons, clay, and glaze. The Carefree Quail will fire the gnomies and they will be available for pickup by August 16th between 2 and 9 p.m. at The Carefree Quail, inside the Craft District Market.
